From pickup to delivery, we’ll send you text messages through every step of the process.

Never. Each load of laundry is tracked individually. This ensures your clothes are never washed with someone else’s order.

We weigh every order at pickup. Laundry is priced by category and per pound with a $30 minimum.

To protect customer orders, our equipment, and our staff, we cannot accept the following:
Items with mold or mildew
Heavily soiled pet items
Items exposed to bedbugs, ticks, or other infestations
Items with bodily fluid, including blood, urine, vomit, or feces
Items with tearing or excessive wear
Any hazardous materials
If you have any questions, please reach out prior to scheduling and we’ll be happy to help. Items found with any of these may be subject to a missed pickup fee.
Porch reserves the right to refuse any order that is determined to be unsafe.

Porch does not accept pet beds. Pet beds frequently contain embedded pet hair, stains, and odors that cannot be consistently removed to our quality standards. Orders containing pet beds may be declined and may be subject to a $30 fee if discovered after pickup or processing has begun.

Most standard household orders fall around $30, though larger orders can vary depending on the number of bags. Every order is weighed at pickup and priced by category and per pound.

You do not need to be home for pickup or delivery. Our no-contact service is designed to fit around your schedule. Need to leave your laundry out a little early? No problem!

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup, please let us know at least 12 hours beforehand. Late cancellations or missed pickups may be charged up to $30.
